Our wedding and event operation takes place in our 75,000-sq ft. Design Center near downtown Indianapolis.
This large-scale space allows us to execute everything from intimate celebrations to full-service weddings, galas, corporate events, and multi-day installations.

We grow and maintain an extensive collection of rental plants, palms, ferns, topiaries, and other tropical plants at our two-acre greenhouse in Fort Wayne, IN.
We care for our inventory year-round, ensuring every plant arrives healthy, vibrant, and event-ready.
Built for Production
Unlike traditional flower shops, our facility is designed for high-volume event production. We have multiple production work stations, dedicated event vehicles, and climate-controlled floral storage. This infrastructure allows us to efficiently produce hundreds of centerpieces, bouquets, and large-scale floral installations simultaneously.
FAQs
Does McNamara Florist Have a Minimum?
We do not have a minimum spend. Our designers and sales consultants will be attentive to your wedding apparel and theme, flower preferences, the season of the year and of course, your budget. Each flower has a different value, but our sales consultant will work with you to come up with the best combination with your budget in mind. After your consultation we will give you a proposal with a detailed description and cost breakdown for each element.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Once colors, the theme, your gown and your bridesmaid dresses are decided for your wedding, you are ready to make your floral choices. Ideally, it’s a good idea to choose your wedding flowers 6-9 months before the big day. If your wedding date falls near a holiday, then consider ordering sooner because we sometimes need to limit the number of weddings we handle on busy holidays like Mother's Day or Valentine's Day.
What Flowers Are In Season For My Weddng?
Many flowers are available throughout the year; however, there are some varieites that are only available in specific seasons. Please keep in mind that if a specific flower is out of season the price may increase. Our wedding consultants will know which flowers are available and whether or not we can special order them for you. We are happy to show you the best substitutions and make recommendations if needed for your special day.
What Areas Do You Service?
McNamara Florist serves Indianapolis, Fort Wayne and surrounding areas. Our team has extensive experience designing at Indy's top wedding venues, from elegant ballrooms to outdoor gardens, and timeless churches.
We do travel outside of our regular delivery area for weddings and events with additional installation and service fees. We will go anywhere and everywhere to make your floral visions come to life. No location is too far. If you need beautiful flowers, we’ll be there!
What does Full-Service Mean?
This means in addition to all of your floral needs we also have a variety of rental props such as arches, candelabras and pedestals. We pride ourselves on offering customized props and décor. We also provide a large selection of plants to help set the perfect mood for your wedding. The McNamara Florist event team will work with you and/or your wedding planner and the venue to deliver and set up prior to the ceremony and reception and strike the event when it's over.
